SEA AI Academy
A record of capability, with the proof behind it.
Skills Passport is the learner-facing capability record in SEA AI Academy. It brings current skill state and supporting history together without treating every learning activity as verified competence.
Learning exposure
Finishing a resource shows that learning activity occurred. It may help you prepare for practical work, but it does not prove that you can perform the skill independently. Exposure stays separate from assessment and verification.
Assessed knowledge
Diagnostic and knowledge evidence can establish an estimate of your current understanding. Evidence strength and verification status are separate. A provisional or lower-confidence estimate is labelled rather than presented as a verified practical capability.
Practical evidence
A project submission can contain a worked example, supporting files or links and reflection. Reviewers assess the work against criteria. Needs-changes or rejected evidence remains in history but does not falsely become verified support.
Verified capability
Approved reviewed practical evidence can support verification for the skills covered by the review. The Passport shows the canonical skill state, review-backed source and relevant history. Approval of one project does not verify every skill or erase developing areas.
Your history and privacy
The learner workspace retains project titles, submission feedback and evidence provenance. A changed goal or profile does not rewrite earlier evidence. This public page explains the feature only; it exposes no learner records and does not create a publicly shareable credential.
What the Passport is not
It is not automatically a degree, government qualification, professional licence or proof of employment. SEA does not promise employer recognition. Its value is the clear distinction between what you have studied, what has been assessed and what reviewed practical work supports.
Build the next piece of proof
Use your Skills page to understand what still needs development, follow relevant learning and undertake a suitable project. Submit evidence and respond to reviewer feedback. Keep the worked example and reflection specific enough to demonstrate the skills you intend to verify.
