SEA AI Academy
From a goal to evidence of capability.
SEA AI Academy is an AI-powered LMS that organizes learning around an outcome. Each step has a purpose, and learning progress stays distinct from proof that you can apply a skill.
1. Define or receive a goal
Describe an outcome in your own words, or enter a programme assigned by your organization. SEA helps identify the relevant target skills. Organization learners do not have to recreate a target that has already been assigned.
2. Establish a starting point
Use reviewed diagnostic questions where available. If coverage is missing, a clearly labelled provisional intake can guide initial planning. SEA preserves uncertainty instead of claiming a confident assessment from insufficient evidence.
3. Identify gaps
SEA compares current evidence with the target skills. Required foundations and unknown areas remain visible. An assessed knowledge estimate and verified practical capability are different forms of support.
4. Build a personalized pathway
Existing deterministic rules select and order eligible resources around the goal and gaps. Context, level and available learning time help make the route useful. Limited catalogue coverage is reported honestly.
5. Learn from relevant resources
Open the original Microsoft Learn resource from your roadmap. Its content remains with Microsoft. SEA records your platform progress; provider account requirements and achievements remain governed by the provider.
6. Apply your learning
Choose practical work relevant to your target. Follow its task steps, collect supporting material and reflect on your decisions. Use safe examples rather than confidential or unsafe real-world operations.
7. Submit evidence for review
A reviewer can ask for changes or approve the work against criteria. Earlier submissions and feedback remain available. Merely uploading a file does not establish verified competency.
8. Update capability and next steps
Valid reviewed evidence can support the skills it demonstrates and inform future planning. The system keeps provenance rather than silently rewriting historical evidence when a profile or goal changes.
9. Review your Skills Passport
See learning exposure, assessed knowledge and verified capability with supporting history. The Passport is a learner capability record, not automatically a degree, government credential or employment qualification.
What SEA does not do
SEA does not promise mastery from completing content, automatic verification of unreviewed evidence or guaranteed job outcomes. It does not own third-party content or use a model response as the authority for authorization and verification.
