Plans

• The Free plan (RM0) includes one complete personalized learning cycle.
• SEA Pro is priced at RM69.99 MYR per year, for 12 months of access from payment. Online payment is not open yet.
• Organization pricing is agreed directly with each organization.

Payments and refunds

Online payment is not open yet. The terms for paying for SEA Pro, including any refund and cancellation terms, will be set out here and shown to you before you pay.

SEA Pro is a one-time purchase for 12 months of access. It does not renew automatically. You choose whether to renew when it ends.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Malaysian consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

AI and recommendations

Recommendations, learning paths, project briefs and AI-assisted output are guidance. They may be incomplete or wrong, and they are not professional, legal, financial or career advice. Check important decisions yourself.

Third-party learning resources

SEA recommends resources from external providers such as Microsoft Learn. SEA's price covers the SEA platform only. External resources are provided under their own terms, and some may carry their own costs. SEA is not endorsed by, affiliated with or certified by those providers, and a recommendation from SEA is not a statement from them.

Skills and evidence

Diagnostic results guide your learning. A skill is shown as verified in your Skills Passport only after eligible evidence is reviewed. SEA does not guarantee any employment or certification outcome.

Acceptable use

Use of SEA must follow the acceptable use rules.

Privacy

How SEA handles personal data is explained in the Privacy notice and on the Cookies and Your data pages.

Changes to these terms

SEA will update this page when the terms change and show the date above. Changes that affect what you pay for a plan will be shown to you before you pay.
