What SEA holds
SEA keeps your account details, the profile details you choose to add, your goals, diagnostic answers and results, recommendations, learning progress, project work and the evidence you submit. The Privacy page has the full list.
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion
Email info@seaaiacademy.io and say what you need: a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account. Writing from the address on your account helps us confirm that the request is yours.
What to expect today
SEA does not yet have self-service tools to download or delete your data, so these requests are handled by a person.
Your learning history is connected: assessment results, competency records, evidence and project submissions all link back to your account. Deleting an account is therefore a careful process, not a single click. What we can remove may depend on what the records are linked to and on legal and operational retention requirements. When you contact us we will tell you what applies to your request.
Files you upload with project work are stored separately from your account records. Mention them in your request if you want them included.
Organizations and other providers
If you joined through an organization, that organization may also hold records about you, so ask it directly as well. Learning resources you open on Microsoft Learn or another provider are held by that provider under its own terms.
