SEA AI Academy

An AI-powered LMS that starts with your goal.

SEA AI Academy is an AI-powered LMS and learning intelligence platform for individuals, educators, employees and organizations. It helps you understand what you need to learn, find relevant resources and follow a personalized path toward your goal.

What is an AI LMS?

An AI-powered learning management system uses AI assistance within a learning workflow. SEA uses it to interpret natural-language goals and help understand context. This does not make an AI answer proof of competency, and it does not replace authorization or reviewer decisions.

From a goal to a learning pathway

Describe what you want to achieve, or receive a target from your organization. SEA resolves the relevant skills, compares available evidence with the target, and identifies gaps. Reviewed diagnostics measure knowledge where content is available. Otherwise, a labelled provisional intake helps create an initial plan without pretending to be a validated assessment.

AI assistance, deterministic decisions

AI helps with interpretation and semantic resource discovery. Existing deterministic rules rank eligible resources, calculate skill gaps and order learning. Evidence authority remains separate from the model: an AI-generated explanation cannot award verified capability.

A different starting point from a course catalogue

A course-first workflow begins with browse, enrol and complete. SEA begins with goal, starting evidence and skill gaps, then offers a personalized route. These are different workflow choices, not a claim that every other LMS lacks personalization. Course completion records learning exposure; practical review establishes evidence of application.

Relevant resources and practical work

SEA helps you discover Microsoft Learn courses and resources for cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, data and other professional skills. Microsoft hosts the content; SEA provides personalized guidance, pathways and progress tracking. Provider access requirements and credentials remain with Microsoft. Projects and reviewed evidence help you demonstrate application; completing a course alone does not verify a skill.

Who can use it?

Individuals can pursue a work or learning outcome. Businesses can assign programme targets while learners follow individual routes. Educators can develop teaching-related skills. Organizations can discuss programme and training needs with SEA; availability of content and assessment coverage remains a real constraint, not a guaranteed result.
